This book caught my interest right away. I was hooked to the characters and loved the back in forth from the past to the present time. It all tied very well when we as the readers needed info from their past and how it got them into the situation they are in now during the present. My only issue was the ending. I felt like it was unfinished. And not because it was a cliffhanger and we would get answers in book two. It just ended. Then we got an epilogue that teased us and got us all ready for the next book which will be Rainer. I give this book 3.5 stars.
