You always think that the rock star and the pretty singer have the world in their hands. This story was raw and showed us the emotional world wind the two main characters were in. Being famous comes with a big price. Being judged by everything you do. Krist learned this first hand when his sexuality came to bite him in the arse once he decided to get a little hot a heavy in an elevator. That moment would forever follow him and tarnish who he was as an artist. Not knowing how to handle that we as the readers got front row seats to seeing him lose himself. Maddy, every girl wanted to be her and every guy wanted to do her. But that fake smile got her no where when she battled with herself and how sad and alone she truly was at the end of the day when she was by herself. The author did an amazing job writing a story that had meaning. But also gave us those hot and heavy sex scenes. This story was about life and how the person who appears to be so happy and has everything on the outside is slowing dying inside because they are miserable. Read this story and find out if these two find themselves. Can they help each other or just dig each other deeper in the hole of loneliness. I give this book 4.5 stars

It’s no secret that I am a HUGE Keatyn Chronicles fan.  It’s one of my very favorites.  So when I heard that Jillian Dodd was releasing the Captive Films series I was over the moon!!! Then to find out this was going to be a serial of shorts similar to watching a TV show made me even more excited!!  I will say that she did not disappoint and holy hell was it amazing!!  I read the entire season in one sitting (thank you Jillian) and I felt like a junkie that got her long awaited fix!!  I loved seeing all the characters all grown up.  Ooh and they are MUCH HOTTER!!  Definitely not PG-13, more R-rated!!  Plus there are characters that I may not of liked in the Keatyn Chronicles that I have grown to LOVE!!  This is seriously a fun, fast paced series that you do not want to miss out on.  I am so excited for season 2!!
