I enjoyed the first book Keep Me Safe, it was the first book I have really read with paranormal in it. After reading it I was excited for In His Keeping and Maya did not disappoint. I actually enjoyed the second book better. I felt like it flowed very well and kept my interest the whole book. Ari’s story will captivate you from the get go. She is such a mystery but such a sweetheart at the same time. Ari describes Beau as not the most attractive guy, that he looks rough. I liked this because in most books the main male character is the hottest thing alive. In this book the guy that is rough around the edges and mean looking who really has an amazing heart is the main character. The way Beau takes care of Ari is what makes him sexy in this book. You will catch yourself scared and then cheering on Ari to get her revenge. I give this book 4 stars.
