 It is no secret that I absolutely LOVE the Beaumont series by Heidi McLaughlin.  It was so exciting to go back to the very beginning and find out what really happened in the beginning.  Liam Page is one of my favorite’s and to see him as a young Liam Westbury was so much fun.  I LOVED the high school version of Liam but the inner turmoil he suffers broke my heart.  It really puts things that happen years later into perspective.  I will say that following his high school years in the early stages of his career there were times I wanted to slap him silly.  But his love for Josie is always right there under the surface that you cant help but feel for him. Heidi McLaughlin has created such an amazing cast of characters for this series that they just seem to creep under your skin and stick with you.  I almost feel like part of the family.  Her writing is captivating from the very beginning  until the very end.  I seriously hope that there is more to this series because I am not ready to part with them.
