Oh holy hell did I love this book!!!!  I sat down and devoured it in one sitting!!  I was so absorbed in the book that I completely lost track of time sucked into life in Rosemary Beach.  I have always been curious about Grant.  We always get little bits and pieces of him but never saw the real Grant.  Finally in Take a Chance, Grant takes center stage.  There is so much more to him than the nice guy we have seen in the past.  Yes he is a man whore at times but there is just something about him.  I loved him and when is alpha male side would come out, boy did I swoon.  Plus there is a sweet and vulnerable side to him that you cant help but fall in love with him.  Then there is Nan.  I know, I know we all HATE Nan.  She is very easy to hate, but she does play a part in Grant’s story and it wouldn’t be the same with out her.  I know some people are complaining that Nan has any part of this story but come on, did you really expect she wouldn’t.  She is a big part of Grant and Harlow’s story.  Oh Harlow, sheltered little Harlow.  We get to find out soooooooo much more about her.  I really like her and loved seeing her stand up to Nan (about time).  But I will say there are some serious secrets in this book (my lips are sealed) that brought some fun twists and turns.  I love this book and this series and was left in true Abbi Glines fashion NEEDING the next book now!!!
