Admit I was expecting this book to carry on where the first left off. But was pleasantly surprised to learn it was about what Mia had been up to in the twenty years or so she and Schooner had been apart. Was interesting that it was about Mia discovering who she was and her life between the years. Loved the introduction of some new characters and discovering more about some of those that feature in the first book..... Can't wait for the next one.

We were probably rooting for the same character. "Moore to Lose" was so much more emotional and raw, for me. It was wonderful to live Mia's story and understand what she had been through, that it made "Searching for Moore," better. I cannot wait for the third, and final, book in the series. Highly recommended!
